Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that Junior Panchayat Secretaries (JPSs) should immediately call off their strike which is against the rules.
He said that the campaign that JPSs have been called for talks by the government is not true. He clarified that neither he nor anyone else had invited them for talks.
He said that it would be better if the Junior Panchayat Secretaries stops their strike and join duties. Chief Minister KCR has a good opinion of them and he asked them not to spoil it.
He revealed that it is wrong to challenge the government and said the strike is illegal. He said that they had given an undertaking to the government that they would not join unions, would not strike, and would not make any demands.
