State Chief Secretary KS Jawahar Reddy has taken the initiative to address and resolve various issues concerning government employees across Andhra Pradesh by the end of June. In an effort to find solutions, the secretaries of respective departments have been directed to hold meetings with employees unions.
To address the demands and concerns of the employees, all issues that can be resolved within the departments have been scheduled for discussion and resolution. Department-wise meetings with employees’ unions have been organised for June 23, 27, and 30, providing flexibility to accommodate their convenience.
The Chief Secretary has mandated the submission of a department-wise report on the resolved issues to the Services Department Secretary.
Furthermore, he emphasized the need for continuous monitoring of this matter by the Services Department Secretary in coordination with the respective departments.
In cases where issues cannot be resolved at the department level, a report detailing such matters should be forwarded to the Services Department Secretary. The proposed joint staff council meeting, scheduled for July 5, will address and resolve these issues by developing a comprehensive agenda based on the input received from various departments.
Jawahar Reddy reiterated the importance of the concerned department secretaries dedicating special attention to meeting with employees unions before the end of the month to discuss and resolve the identified issues.
