Former minister and local MLA G Jagadeesh Reddy on Wednesday said that the BRS candidate Enugula Rakesh Reddy, who is educated and knowledgeable, should win in Nalgonda- Warangal-Khammam MLC election to be held on May 27.
Former minister Srinivas Goud and former MLA Gadari Kishore participated in the election campaign.
The former minister interacted with the students in the library. A meeting was also held with the booth level in-charges.
Speaking to the media, he said that the first priority should be to vote for Rakesh Reddy, a highly educated and who is accessible to people. The Congress and BJP are cut from the same cloth.
He criticised Congress candidate Teenmar Mallanna is known for deceit. The BJP candidate is seen only during elections and disappeared after polls. The BJP and the Congress have cheated the people by making false promises. At present, there is a strong opposition to the Congress party. BRS candidate Enugula Rakesh Reddy is leading in the election.
