Guv Nazeer interacts with J&K students

Governor of Andhra Pradesh, S Abdul Nazeer, participated in an interaction programme with students from Jammu and Kashmir at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. The students are visiting Andhra Pradesh from October 20 to 25 as part of the Kashmiri Youth Exchange programme, organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
During the event, Governor Abdul Nazeer addressed the students, emphasising the crucial role youth play in achieving the goals of Viksit Bharat@2047. He highlighted that they are not only the leaders of tomorrow but also the change-makers of today. Their energy, innovation, and dedication are vital to realising the Prime Minister’s vision of a developed India by 2047. The Governor noted that India has the world’s largest youth population, which is essential for the nation’s progress, development, and success. This demographic embodies the aspirations, dreams, and transformative potential necessary to propel the country toward extraordinary growth and expansion. He encouraged the students to make the best use of the opportunities available in the higher education system, one of the largest in the world.
Earlier, students from Jammu and Kashmir shared their experiences of their visit to the state. The programme was also attended by Dr M Hari Jawaharlal, Secretary to the Governor, Ansuman Prasad Das, State Director of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Kiranmai Devireddy, District Youth Officer of Guntur, and officers from Raj Bhavan.
