Dr. M. Hari Jawaharlal, previously serving as the Secretary to the Government in the LFB & IMS Department, has been transferred and appointed as the new Secretary to the Governor. He assumed his duties at Raj Bhavan on Monday.
Dr. Hari Jawaharlal replaces Anil Kumar Singhal, the former Special Chief Secretary to the Governor, who has been reassigned as the Special Chief Secretary for Municipal Administration & Urban Development.
Upon his arrival at Raj Bhavan, Dr. Hari Jawaharlal was welcomed by PS Suryaprakash, Joint Secretary to the Governor, P. Narayana Swamy, Deputy Secretary to the Governor, Major Deepak Sharma, and NV Ramanjaneyulu, ADCs to the Governor. Priests from Durga Malleswara Swamy Devasthanam performed Aseervachanam for Dr. Hari Jawaharlal.
