The High Court heard a set of fresh petitions on Wednesday filed by four selected candidates seeking to vacate the stay imposed on the Group-1 recruitment process by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC). However, the hearing was adjourned to June 30 after the TGPSC counsel sought time to file a counter.
The stay on the recruitment was imposed after allegations of irregularities in the allotment of Group-1 mains examination centres and the evaluation process. Many candidates had filed petitions demanding a re-evaluation of answer sheets or the conduct of the mains examination afresh. Arguments in these cases were heard last month.
