HC issues notices to HYDRAA

Justice CV Bhaskar Reddy of the Telangana High Court issued notices to revenue officials and police officials on Monday regarding a demolition conducted at Ameenpur on September 22.
The counsel for the petitioners said that although there was a High Court stay order, the officials demolished the buildings.
Eight writ petitions were filed against the officials. They said that buildings worth crores were demolished by the authorities on September 22 at 6 am at the Patelguda village in Ameenpur mandal.
The respondents are the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) Commissioner, AV Ranganath, Sangareddy Collector Valluri Kranthil, Ameenpur Tahasildhar Radha, Patancheru DSP Ravinder Reddy, HYDRAA DSP Srinivas, Town Planning official Ram Reddy and other officials. The court will hear the case on October 28.
