Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha has highlighted the significant role played by CREDAI in helping middle and lower-middle-class families achieve homeownership. Speaking at the 10th CREDAI Property Expo valedictory ceremony, Minister Anitha assured the public of the government’s full support for CREDAI’s efforts. She cited initiatives such as the single-window system, which expedites plan approvals, and measures to combat illegal mining and implement a free sand policy, all of which have greatly benefited the construction sector.
The Minister also addressed concerns about land encroachment, reassuring the public that a dedicated cell, supported by the police, has been set up to resolve such issues efficiently.
Pendurthi MLA Panchakarla Ramesh Babu echoed the Minister’s praise, commending CREDAI’s contributions to the nation’s growth. He acknowledged the state government’s proactive policies in restoring normalcy for the builders’ community and fostering a positive environment for real estate development.
CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chairman KSRK Raju (Sai), President V. Dharmender, and Honorary Secretary V. Sreenu expressed their satisfaction with the overwhelming response from the public. They highlighted the growing confidence in Vizag’s real estate market, driven by the city’s emerging role as an industrial and tourism hub. The success of the expo, they added, was a testament to the rising demand for real estate in the city and its contribution to the local economy.
National Joint Secretary B Raja Srinivas and Convenor of the Property Expo also spoke, emphasizing the positive impact the event had in building trust between developers and buyers.
