NTR is all set to make his Hindi film debut with War 2, co-starring Hrithik Roshan in the lead role. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Yash Raj Films, the action-packed spy thriller is slated for release on August 14. Promotions have been underway for a while, and now, the makers are gearing up to release the first song from the film.
On Tuesday, Ayan Mukerji took to social media to announce that the first song from War 2 is titled ‘Aavan Jaavan’. The track is described as a groovy and romantic number featuring Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani—marking their first on-screen collaboration.
Ayan also shared that the team behind the blockbuster song Kesariya from Brahmastra has reunited for Aavan Jaavan. This includes music director Pritam, lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, and singer Arijit Singh.
“Pritam Dada. Amitabh. Arijit. Hrithik and Kiara’s lovely energy as they come together on screen for the first time,” Ayan wrote. “Groovy and romantic, Aavan Jaavan was the soundtrack for our Italian shoot, and creating it was one of the most joy-filled experiences and memories of making War 2 for all of us. Can’t wait for everyone to listen to it this week.”
The film will be released in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, expanding its reach across languages.
