Devotees turned out in large numbers on Sunday, the fifth in the series of Sundays, at the Mallikarjuna Swamy temple at Komuravelli and fulfilled their vows to the deity.
The devotees turned out from the early hours of Sunday and had darshan of the deity. They performed special pujas, got their heads tonsured and fulfilled their vows to the deity. Devotees were seen standing in serpentine queues. The temple premises reverberated with the dance performances of Oggu artistes.
