Hyderabad is set to host South India’s largest B2B Industrial Machinery and Engineering Exhibition, IndoMach, from May 12 to 14. The event will feature 125 exhibitors from across India showcasing over 500 live demonstrations of industrial machines with over 400 brands on display.
The focus of the exhibition will be on industrial automation, robotics, intelligent industrial products, welding equipment, hand and cutting tools, and industrial software, among other things. Visitors will have the opportunity to see how smart and intelligent industrial machinery has become, how industrial robots are becoming more advanced and how artificial intelligence is transforming the industry.
The expo will also address the issue of gender equality in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on how automation and AI can help create a level-playing field for women. The exhibition will also showcase the importance of MSMEs as the industry’s future.
The event is being organised by IndoMach Business Solutions, and 500 delegates and 20,000 business visitors are expected to participate. The exhibition will be open from 11 am to 7 pm, with no entry fee.
The machine tool industry is undergoing significant changes, with advancements in hardware and software. Automation, IoT-ready machines, and artificial intelligence are expected to be key trends in the coming years and smart machine tools and robotics will likely handle an increasing percentage of the work in industrial settings.
