Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Secretary, Sanjay Jaju on Saturday said, “Synergy between media units would result in effective government communication.”
He highlighted the significance of working in synergy of all media units to achieve wide dissemination and effective percolation of government communication.
Jaju directed the media units to enhance awareness among people regarding the various welfare schemes brought out by the government.
This was Jaju’s first visit to Telangana after assuming office; he visited offices of Doordarshan and various media units situated in CGO towers.
The Secretary also participated in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (Urban) – second Phase at Gokulnagar, Bazarghat Nampally division.
He unveiled the IEC materials of the Ministry of I &B, showcasing information about various Central government schemes. Jaju also visited various Central government stalls put up at the programme and interacted with the beneficiaries of various Central government schemes.The second phase of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is currently underway in Telangana. The primary objective of the yatra is to enlighten and empower citizens about the wide spectrum of welfare schemes accessible to them.
This initiative has garnered considerable interest and active participation from the public, highlighting its significance in promoting social welfare and inclusivity.
