The buzz around Vishnu Manchu’s ambitious pan-India project, Kannappa, continues to build as production moves ahead swiftly. With the film featuring extensive VFX work, the team is dedicating ample time to perfecting post-production details. As part of the promotional strategy, the creators are unveiling key characters from the movie.
The latest reveal introduces Devaraj as Mundadu. The character poster showcases him in a fierce and commanding presence, wielding an axe and casting a steely gaze. Mundadu is the formidable chief of the Erukalu clan, residing deep within Nilipala Hill. Known for their mastery of axes and maces, the Erukalu warriors are celebrated for their unparalleled combat skills. Mundadu’s rule is absolute, while his son Bebbuli harbours ambitions for the throne. The clan is renowned for their consumption of the enchanted steam of Nandi Vinti, further adding to their mystique.

Kannappa delves into the legendary tale of Bhakta Kannappa and his unwavering devotion to Lord Shiva. The film is set for a grand release in December and will be available in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
