Investigation into encroachment on lakes around Shadnagar demanded

TDP politburo member and former Shadnagar MLA Bakkani Narasimhulu has said that there are illegal constructions in and around the ponds in Shadnagar. He claimed that several fish species are on the verge of extinction with illegal structures encroaching upon ponds and lakes.
During a visit on Tuesday, accompanied by other TDP leaders, Narasimhulu inspected the CSK Villas, Mamidi Kunta, Jaladi Kunta, Bobbili Pond, and Golden Park within Shadnagar town limits, observing encroachments and construction activities in these areas.
He expressed displeasure at encroachments of Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zones by CSK Ventures. He condemned the officials for turning a blind eye to the illegal structures. He demanded that action be taken against those who gave permission to build these structures. Narasimhulu demanded a thorough investigation into the CSK venture, alleging that it has undertaken illegal villa construction in the buffer zone and FTL areas.
