BC Welfare Association President Rajya Sabha MP R. Krishnaiah demanded that the BRS government should release the DSC notification immediately.
He warned that they will block Ministers and BRS MLAs in case the government fails to release the DSC notification within 45 days and fill all teacher posts.

He said that students are not getting quality education due to a lack of teachers in government schools. He said that the BRS government has been weakening government schools where poor children study.

On Thursday, the Telangana Unemployed JAC laid siege to the School Education Department Commissioner’s office at Lakdikapool demanding that the BRS government should fill the 44,000 vacant teacher posts in government schools.

Extending support to unemployed youth, R. Krishnaiah participated in the programme and staged a sit-in on the road.

Speaking on this occasion, Krishnaiah said that parents are not sending their children to government schools as they did not have adequate teachers. The government has been closing schools saying that students are not coming to schools. He said that the BRS government has been destroying the government education system in the state.

Krishnaiah asked KCR and IT Minister KTR to learn from Himanshu Rao, the grandson and son of KCR and KTR. He praised Himanshu for coming forward to develop a government school. Both father and grandfather have to learn from Himanshu about the conditions of government schools in the state. He asked KCR and KTR to repair schools immediately as the condition of government schools are pitiable.
