Jagadish takes Revanth to task for ‘unsavoury comments’ on him

Former minister and Suryapeta MLA G Jagadish Reddy on Monday criticised Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for making “unsavoury comments” on him. He felt that such comments were disgusting.
Addressing the media here, he said that the remarks made by Revanth Reddy were painful. He expressed the feeling that the Chief Minister could have resorted to making such comment because of fear of defeat in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. Revanth Reddy could have also perceived a threat to his post. The 160-day rule of the Congress was characterised by drought, withering of standing crops in lakhs of acres and women hitting the streets armed with pitchers to get drinking water.
He alleged that Revanth Reddy has been sending money bags to PM Modi from Telangana thinking that the latter would save his CM post. Revanth by praising Komatireddy Brothers became the laughing stock not only among the people but also the Congress leaders, he alleged.
