Jagan attends ‘Purnahuti’ of ‘Rajasyamala Yagam

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy attended the Purnahuti ritual of the 41-day Rajasyamala Sahasra Chandi Yagam here on Wednesday. Vedic pundits Nallapeddi Sivarama Prasad Sarma and Gowravarjula Nagendra Sarma conducted the Chandi Yagam.
In all, 45 Vedic scholars participated in the Yagam. The Chief Minister also participated in special pujas on the occasion. The priests blessed him and handed over theertham and prasadam.
Yagam organisers Arimanda Varaprasada Reddy, his wife Vijaya Sarada Reddy and Padamata Suresh Babu also participated in the event.
