Vijayawada: YSRCP president and former chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy criticised the TDP-led coalition government for halting the Mobile Dispensing Units (MDUs) that ensured doorstep ration delivery. He said the move affected over 20,000 operators from BC, SC, ST and minority communities, who had served even during floods. Jagan, in a post on X, called the move vindictive and accused Chandrababu Naidu of branding the workers unfairly as smugglers. He said the MDU system curbed corruption and benefited the poor. He also slammed the government for abandoning village secretariat staff, volunteers, and welfare services like clinics and RBKs.
