Justice Ponugoti Naveen Rao, the senior-most Judge of the Telangana High Court will perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice from the date Justice Ujjal Bhuyan relinquishes charge as the Chief Justice of the TS High Court due to his appointment as an SC Judge.
The order also said that consequent to the superannuation of Justice Ponugoti Naveen Rao on July 14, Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili, the senior-most puisne Judge of the High Court of Telangana will perform the duties of the Chief Justice.
