Kamareddy BJP MLA Tatipalli Venkata Ramana Reddy has appealed to the people to support the BJP to enable it to win Mahabubabad Lok Sabha seat to support the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is tipped to become the PM for the third time after the LS polls.
Addressing the gathering as part of the BJP’s Vijay Sankal Yatra here on Sunday, he alleged that the Congress in the name of PrajaPalana invited applications from people but did not subject them to any scrutiny. In stead of implementing six guarantees fully, the CM has been adopting dilly-dallying tactics and undertaking tours to Kaleswaram project along with the party MLAs and Ministers.
How far Revanth Reddy is justified in undertaking visits to Kaleswaram projects instead of taking action against former CM KCR, he wondered.
Quoting Revanth as saying, he said that the implementation of the six guarantees is feasible only when Congress comes to power at the Centre. He wanted the people to observe the shift in the Congress stand.
The Congress came to power making the false promise of implementing six guarantees to the people soon after coming to power, he said.
Earlier, he garlanded the statues of Komram Bheem and Ambedkar and paid rich tributes to them before addressing the street corner meeting here. BJP district president Ranga Kiran, Kisan Morcha state unit former president Sridhar Reddy, constituency convenor of the party Bikshapati, Parliamentary constituency convenor Srinivasa Reddy, former district unit of the party president B Prabhakar Reddy and others were present.
