Criticising the demolition of buildings by HYDRAA, the BJP’s Kamareddy MLA, Katipally Venkataramana Reddy, asked who gave permission to construct the illegal buildings that are being demolished by HYDRAA. He said that it is not praja palana if the government punishes the public and allows the officials who permitted constructing the buildings to go scot-free. He asked Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is the chairman of HYDRAA, and HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath to reveal what action they will take regarding this. Speaking to the media at the State BJP office here on Tuesday, Katipally said that HYDRAA is the brainchild of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and that commoners are facing problems due to HYDRAA.HYDRAA is a good idea, however, it is not proper to trouble people who gave power to the CM, he pointed out.
