Determined to win in Nizamabad, BRS MLC Kavitha is going all out unleashing her weapons one by one. She is currently conducting a padayatra, increasing her accessibility to the people and giving quick rebuttals to the opposition.
Kavitha recently said that she will be contesting from the Nizamabad LS seat in 2024 and will win. The roadmap has been drawn and she is already on the ground. She has conducted two padayatras so far, one in Bodhan and the other in Armor.
Kavitha will be conducting one-day padayatras in all Nizamabad Assembly segments and her padayatras are drawing a huge response.
Sources said Kavitha has redrawn her strategy and feedback mechanisms. She is now seen as a seasoned politician rather than merely the Chief Minister’s daughter, sources said.
The Chief Minister’s decision to contest from Kamareddy is another major advantage. The BRS believes that this will have a direct impact on 2 to 3 constituencies where the party will gain hugely.
“Sitting MP Dharmapuri Arvind didn’t work for the constituency during his tenure and he spoke against everyone including his own party cadres. The people are fed up with him. The BJP hasn’t fulfilled any promise and its cadres are depressed. This will be an advantage for the BRS. The agenda that BRS has put forth in the state and nationwide will give us the advantage,” BRS sources said.
Nizamabad borders Maharashtra and that will help KCR to make his presence felt strongly in the neighbouring state.
