Kayadu Lohar stars alongside Ravi Teja in upcoming film

Kayadu Lohar, who made her Telugu debut in Alluri alongside Sree Vishnu, is now set to star opposite Ravi Teja in an upcoming project. Though Alluri was released in 2022, Kayadu’s presence in the film was limited mostly to songs and she didn’t gain much recognition. However, after appearing alongside Pradeep Ranganathan in the recently released Return of the Dragon, which turned out to be a success, she has caught the attention of filmmakers.
According to sources, Kayadu has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Ravi Teja in a film directed by Kishore Tirumala. Ravi Teja is currently working on Mass Jathara, an action drama helmed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu. His next project with Kishore Tirumala is expected to be a family entertainer with a strong emotional core. Along with Kayadu Lohar, the film will feature another female lead. Reports suggest that Malayalam actress Mamitha Baiju, who gained popularity with Premalu, has been cast in the second lead role.
