The BRS welcomed a large number of people from Maharashtra. On Saturday, political leaders from different parts of Maharashtra representing market committees, former chairmen of cooperative banks, former vice chairmen, directors, advocates and CAs joined the BRS in the presence of KCR. They were given a pink scarf and welcomed to the party.
BRS President Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that a complete revolution in the lives of the country’s people is possible only through ‘Kisan Sarkar.’ The CM made it clear that the BRS will form the government by itself and due to this policy it coined the slogan ‘Ab Ki Bar Kisan Sarkar.’
He said that until there is a change in the attitudes of rulers and a qualitative change in the country’s administrative perspective, development is not possible.
He clarified that development is not possible until rulers took decisions according to the needs of their respective regions and state.
Later, KCR asked Maharashtra leaders who had visited the Kaleshwaram Project about their opinion.
The Maharashtra leaders told KCR that the people of Maharashtra want the development that is occurring in Telangana in their villages as well, and they said that BRS policies have reached the village in Maharashtra.
The Maharashtra leaders said that due to the slogans and statements KCR made on electricity, there was movement in the Maharashtra Government and steps have been taken to reduce electricity use.
Maharashtra BRS Kisan Samiti State President Manik Kadam, senior BRS leaders Annasaheb Mane, MLA A. Jeevan Reddy, Maharashtra leader Qadir Maulana and others were present on the occasion.
