Kishan Reddy takes over as TS BJP president

Union Tourism Minister G. Kishan Reddy said that the corruption of the ruling BRS has surpassed that of the Congress.
He also criticised the Congress for saying that the BJP and the BRS are one. “Who gave 10 acres to the Congress to build its party office? Who took the land?” Kishan asked.
Kishan took over as the President of the Telangana BJP unit on Friday at the State BJP office here from former BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Kishan said that KCR must start counting his days.
The BJP will confine KCR and his family to his farmhouse, he said.
“We are not slaves of your (KCR) family. You constructed the Pragathi Bhavan like the Nizam Bhavan. However, there are no funds and sites to build houses for the poor. We will not join hands with any party. Our only aim is to defeat the Kalvakuntla family. The people of Telangana would launch a movement under the BJP’s leadership. BRS leaders have to remember that the BJP going back a step means it will go 10 steps ahead,” Kishan said.
He said that there is need for a bulldozer government in Telangana and added that KCR has been behaving like a king. He said that KCR’s rule is neo-Nizam rule.
He said that 1,000 KCRs, one lakh Owaisis and Rahul Gandhis cannot prevent the victory of Narendra Modi in 2024.
“They don’t know who their Prime Minister candidate is but are forging alliances. Prime Ministers will be changed every three months if INDIA comes to power, Kishan added.
He called upon people to end family rule in Telangana. “We will bring the bulldozer rule in place of KCR’s corrupt administration. We will arrest the KCR family in their farmhouse,” he said.
Kishan said that decisions will be taken jointly although he was the President of the Telangana BJP. “We will bury the KCR government in Abids Chourashta. We will hike reservations for tribals and end reservations based on religion,” he said.
Earlier, Kishan Reddy conducted special poojas at the Bhagyalaxmi Ammavaru Temple. Later, he paid tributes to Jyothirao Phule’s statue in Amberpet and conducted poojas at the Basheerbagh Kanakadurga Ammavari Temple.
Later, he paid tributes at the Tank Bund Ambedkar statue and to the Telangana Martyrs at the Gun Park Telangana Martyrs’ Memorial. After that, he came to the Telangana BJP office accompanied by a big rally.
