With four floors, the BRS Bhavan has an area of 11,000 square feet. The lower ground floor has a media hall and servantsā€™ quarters. A canteen, reception lobby and four chambers for the partyā€™s general secretaries have been provided on the ground floor. The first floor has BRS president KCR’s chamber, other chambers and a conference hall.

A total of 20 rooms are available on the second and third floors, including the president’s suite, the working president’s suite and 18 other rooms.

The four-storied BRS building which started construction last year in the centre of New Delhi is now ready for inauguration. The nationwide expansion of the BRS will get a fillip with the party’s central office coming up in the national capital.

During the inauguration ceremony, BRS chief KCR will enter the office and conduct puja amid the chanting of Vedic mantras.

Roads and Buildings Minister Prashanth Reddy and Rajya Sabha MP Joginapalli Santoshkumar are constantly monitoring the construction of the BRS Bhavan in New Delhi and is keeping a close watch on preparations for the inauguration.

KCR inaugurated the temporary office of the BRS last December. The function was attended by Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, Janata Dal (Secular) leader HD Kumaraswamy, Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) leader MP T. Thirumavalavan from Tamil Nadu and the leaders of other regional parties.

Farmer leaders from Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha and Tamil Nadu also attended the event.
