Konda Surekha thanks officials for successful medaram Jatara

Endowments Minister Konda Surekha on Saturday thanked the officials and all the stakeholders, including people, for their cooperation to the successful conduct of the Medaram festival.
She said that the event was successfully conducted with the cooperation of all government departments.
She observed, “The Congress government will safeguard Telangana state and people.
On directions from Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Ministers, elected people’s representatives, higher authorities made all arrangements for the festival in a planned way from the beginning. The devotees had darshan of the deities, fulfilled their vows to the forest deities and returned home with a lot of satisfaction.
The State government spared no effort to provide all amenities to devotees at every step, she said, and appealed to the devotees for forgiveness if any mistakes crept into the arrangements rather inadvertently.
As an Endowments Minister for the first time, she supervised the arrangements for the festival with full commitment. With the blessings of the forest deities, she recovered from her ill-health quickly and was fortunate enough to have darshan of the deities on the elevated platforms.
