TPCC general secretary Anirudh Reddy has expressed the opinion that Telangana remained backward because the leaders did not have sincerity.
He was addressing the people in various villages in Rajapur mandal of the district as part of his Prajahita pada yatra.
He blamed the local people’s representatives for failing to provide basic amenities in Jadcherla Assembly constituency. They focussed more on earning money rather than serving the people.
It was high time that the BRS leaders woke up from their deep slumber and implement the developmental works. Otherwise, the sacrifices made by the protagonists of Telangana to achieve statehood would be meaningless.
