Another young actor from the Ghattamaneni Krishna family is all set to make his film debut soon. Yesteryear superstar Krishna’s grandson and Mahesh Babu’s nephew, Jayakrishna, is preparing to enter the film industry, with an official announcement expected on Krishna’s birthday, May 31. A source confirmed that director Ajay Bhupathi of RX 100 fame will helm this prestigious project.
Ashwini Dutt and Gemini Kiran are jointly producing the film, ensuring a grand launch for the young actor. Jayakrishna is the son of Mahesh Babu’s brother, Ramesh Babu, who passed away in January 2022. Jayakrishna has completed an acting course in New York and is ready to make his debut. Krishna’s younger brother, Adiseshagiri Rao, is overseeing Jayakrishna’s debut film, the source added. “For the past few years, many scripts were considered, but they finally settled on Ajay Bhupathi’s story and locked him in as the director. This is a prestigious project, with two big producers introducing Jayakrishna, and every detail has been taken care of,” said the source.
Interestingly, Ashwini Dutt has introduced several major stars to the industry, including Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, and Allu Arjun. Now, he is introducing another star kid from a legendary legacy—Jayakrishna.
