Manchu family feud starts again

After a few months of silence, the Manchu family is again in the news. In the latest development, Manchu Manoj wanted to go inside his father Mohan Babu’s house at Jalpally, but the police didn’t allow him to enter. He sat in front of the gate in a dharna and expressed his displeasure for not being permitted to go inside. “This is not about a property dispute, but this is about students,” said Manoj, speaking to media persons.
“I already told my father that I don’t want any property or money. I want to fight for the students and their future. Actually, the problem started there and since December, many issues have occurred, but the police didn’t file a single charge sheet,” says Manoj. He accuses his brother Vishnu of being behind all of this.
“Goons attacked us with knives and sticks and I gave proof to the police. In this house, I have my belongings and also my pets. I want to take them with me, but I’m not allowed,” said Manoj. He added that the police said they needed to ask Mohan Babu and only if he approved would they allow entry. “But he is not there in the house,” said Manoj.
The actor accused his elder brother Vishnu of orchestrating everything. “When we went out to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, Vishnu took my car and also attacked my people. I gave proof of him taking my car to the police,” said Manoj. “If they can show any proof where I am fighting for the property, I will say sorry to everyone and ask them to apologise to me,” said Manoj. He added that he gave all the evidence to the police, but they are not taking any action.
“They told me to succeed with an outside production house and then they would give me a chance under our own banner. I did a lot for Vishnu’s career and today I don’t know why they are doing this to me,” said Manoj about their family. He added that he wanted to release his upcoming film Bhairavam to compete with Vishnu’s Kannappa. “With that, Vishnu got tense and postponed his film. He can’t do anything, so he is doing all this to me,” accused Manoj.
