Manchu Manoj prevented from entering MB University

The row between veteran film actor and Mohan Babu University Chancellor M Mohan Babu and his younger son Manchu Manoj shifted to Tirupati from Hyderabad as Manoj was prevented from entering into the University on Wednesday leading to mild tension.
Film actor and Mohan Babu’s son Manchu Manoj, accompanied by wife Mounika, went to the University campus to pay tributes to his paternal ground-father and paternal grand-mother.
However, the police and the security personnel did not allow Manoj to enter the University campus by closing the entrance gate. Manoj was seen shouting at those who closed the gate. The police prevented Manchu Manoj couple to avert a possible clash between the son and father inside the University.
However, some time later, the police allowed the Manoj couple to go to the University campus to pay tributes to his grandparents. They paid tribute to their grandparents. A jostle took place between the followers and bouncers of Manoj and Vishnu for some time in the University premises leading to a tense situation.
Later talking to the media outside of the University, Manoj alleged that some rowdies were brought from other places to prevent him from entering into the University campus.  He claimed that he had come to the University several times to pay tributes to his grandparents. He argued that the court had not restricted him from paying tributes to his grandparents.
But he exercised restraint as he has respect for the police, he added. He clarified that he had not received court notice so far. He recalled that the court had ordered that bouncers should not be used. The police showed him the court notice barring his entry into the University campus but he had claimed that he did not receive the notice, he made it clear.
Earlier, Manchu Manoh arrived at Renigunta airport flanked by his wife from Hyderabad. The couple went to the University on the road in a huge rally.
