He visited Sitara Center at Bhavanipuram area personally and inspected the distribution of medicines. He spoke to the doctors and staff about the medicines they are distributing, and made it clear that none of the victims should face shortage of medicines. He said that 64 medical camps have been set up in 32 wards, and necessary medical tests will be done for the patients and medicines will be provided free of cost.
Along with 32 wards, medical camps are also being set up in five nearby rural areas which have suffered a lot of damage. Mobile medical camps have also been arranged. As many as 200 types of medicines have been kept ready in these camps.
