Minister for Social Welfare Meruga Nagarjuna has said that Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy would visit the district on December 21. The Minister along with Collector Vijaya Krishnan inspected the venue of his meeting. They also inspected other places and reviewed the arrangement.
The Chief Minister would unveil the Byjus app on December 21 during his district visit. High school in Amartaluru mandal, a primary school in Pedapudi village, and Zilla Parishad high school in Kollur village in Kollur mandal were inspected by them. As the school has been developed at a cost of Rs 35.30 lakhs under Nadu-Nedu, it has been decided that arrangements should be made for the State Chief Minister’s visit to Kollur itself. Officially, the CM’s visit has to be finalised. Repalle RDO Parthasarathi and District Education Officer P Rama Rao were present.
