Minister for Municipal Administration Audimulapu Suresh inaugurated the Rythu Bharosa Kendra and a soil testing centre here on ZP office premises.
The minister inaugurated the RBK constructed at a cost of Rs 21.8 lakh and the soil testing centre constructed at a cost of Rs 66.13 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy headed government is a pro farmer government and is committed for the welfare of farmers. He said that an agriculture park would come up in Kalyandurg.
He said that 145 laboratories were being set up at a cost of Rs 210 crore across the state to test the quality of soil. The Veligonda project would be completed this year, he stated. Later the minister handed over cheques to the farmers under various schemes.
