The toll-free helpline set up under Mission Bhagiratha has been declared a super success, with officials reporting that nearly 90 percent of the complaints received have already been resolved. Since its launch, the call center has received a total of 554 complaints.
Out of these, 120 were related to water supply issues in urban areas, while 434 were directly linked to the Mission Bhagiratha department. Officials stated that of the 434 departmental complaints, 389 have been fully resolved, with only 45 cases pending.
This outcome is being seen as a strong indicator of the efficiency and responsiveness of the Mission Bhagiratha system. With quick redressal and transparent tracking, the helpline has become a reliable platform for citizens to report and resolve water-related issues.
