Palnadu district Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president GV Anjaneyulu has alleged that ruling party MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu has grabbed 175 acres of government land and he sold the same to the government.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, he alleged that ruling party MLA Brahma Naidu grabbed 175 acres of land in Brahmanapalli revenue division in Vinukonda mandal at Jalalapalem village. He encroached upon irrigation tank land, forest land, government assigned land and other such lands.
Later, the MLA sold the lands to the government for the distribution of house sites to the houseless, GV Anjaneyulu who was the former MLA of TDP, lashed out. YSRCP MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu earned crores of rupees in the grabbing of government lands and selling the same lands to the government, the TDP leader charged.
Brahma Naidu had shown government patta lands and other such lands in the land acquisition process but he had given the encroached government lands and taken money from the government. He deceived the government by selling assigned forest and government lands. The government acquired the lands for the distribution to the poor for the construction of houses, slammed.
“MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu grabbed 120 acres of government land which was located 7 KMs away from Vinukonda town. He owned the government land by getting registered in binamy names in Nujendla manal. Roads were laid by the municipality in his lands. Brahma Naidu grabbed 175 acres of government land and he will go to jail, if inquiry is conducted,” TDP leader GV Anjaneyulu asserted.
“If the TDP is voted to power, all the lands grabbed by Brahma Naidu will be confiscated and distributed to the landless poor,” he stated. The TDP leader also announced that he would file cases against the grabbing of government lands and selling the same to the government again by MLA Brahma Naidu.
