Gajuwaka MLA Thippalanagi Reddy has opened the Tahsildar Office in Gajuwaka. The revamped office, packed with modern facilities, was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by top officials including Collector Dr A Mallikarjuna, Joint Collector KS Viswanathan, Tahsildar Srivalli, local people’s representatives, Revenue officers, and other dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering, Thippalanagi Reddy reiterated his dedication for undertaking various development projects within the constituency. He also said the modernisation project saw the office undergo beautification efforts funded through a combination of grants from the District Collector’s office and contributions from local patrons. This commitment to improvement resulted in not only aesthetic enhancements, but also the establishment of additional facilities designed to provide greater convenience for both the public and the office staff.
Collector Dr Mallikarjuna, addressing the gathering at the launch ceremony, emphasised the importance of collaboration between government officials and public representatives in driving development projects forward. He cited the Gajuwaka Tahsildar office renovation as a prime example of this successful partnership, highlighting the swift allocation of Rs.5 lakh upon being informed of the initiative by local authorities. Dr. Mallikarjuna further commended the valuable contributions of local donors who supplemented government funds to make the project a reality.
Urging the officers and staff to leverage the upgraded facilities to deliver even better services to the public, the Collector also stressed the importance of vigilance and optimal performance in the approaching election period.
