MLA stresses importanceof community spirit

Shadnagar MLA Veerlapalli Shankar on Thursday said that he was to participate in youth-led spiritual program organised by Mahaveer Youth, highlighting the importance of service and community spirit. The MLA, along with former MPP Venugopal Goud, former Jandagudem sarpanch Sudarshan Goud, and Srisailand Goud, took part in a program at the Vinayaka Mantap where food was distributed to devotees.
After performing a special puja at the event, Shankar officially inaugurated the food donation drive. The organisers warmly welcomed and honored the MLA and other dignitaries for their participation.
Speaking at the event, Shankar expressed happiness at being part of the spiritual event, praising the youth for fostering a positive, community-driven atmosphere. He emphasised that spiritual programs like these instill a sense of service and mental strength in participants.
The MLA also conveyed his best wishes for the ongoing Vinayaka Chaviti Navratri celebrations, urging the community to perform the rituals with devotion for the well-being and prosperity of all. He prayed for happiness and prosperity of people.
Congress Party mandal unit president Gongalla Harinath Reddy, councillor Madaram Narasimha Goud, and senior Congress leaders Induri Srinivas and Kammari Janardhan Chari, among others. Youth members from Mahaveer Youth, including Rishi Goud, Pranav Goud, Nilesh Goud, and many more, also actively participated in the programme.
