MLAs visit flood-hit areas in Rangareddy dist

With Telangana experiencing heavy rains over the past two days, state legislators have started visiting flood-hit areas to assure the people that they would extend all help to them.
Maheswaram MLA and  former Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy and Chevella MLA Kale Yadaiah visited the flood-hit areas in their respective constituencies on Monday.
Sabitha Indra Reddy visited the Jalpally Municipality in Maheswaram constituency, specifically focusing on Osman Nagar. Accompanied by the Jalpally Municipal Chairman, Commissioner, and local leaders, she assessed the situation on the ground. She urged residents to remain indoors unless absolutely necessary, as more rain is expected in the coming days. Local public representatives, municipal officials, and activists participated in the visit, which aimed at ensuring community safety and readiness.
Meanwhile, Chevella MLA Kale Yadaiah visited the flood-affected areas in La Paloma Villas, Mokila village, located in Shankarpalli mandal. During the visit on Monday, Yadaiah interacted with residents, advising them to stay indoors amid the ongoing heavy rains. He instructed local officials to take immediate action to prevent further flooding and emphasised the importance of continuous monitoring of the situation. Yadaiah assured constituents that he and his office staff are available for assistance in emergencies, urging them to stay strong amid difficult times.
