Modi gave jobs only to Kishan & Sanjay in TG: CM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government did ‘nothing’ for Telangana in the last 12 years, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said.
“The Prime Minister assured during the 2014 and 2019 LS elections that he will create two crore jobs a year. The Centre should have given 24 crore jobs in the last 12 years. However, Modi gave only two jobs to Telangana. One is for Kishan Reddy and the other one is for Bandi Sanjay Kumar. Has the Centre given jobs to anybody else other than these two? What right has the BJP to seek votes when it could not give jobs to crores of unemployed people,” the CM said.
Addressing an MLC election campaign meeting for Congress graduate MLC candidate V. Narender Reddy at Mancherial on Monday, the CM said the Congress government issued 55,163 appointment orders at the LB Stadium. The Congress government issued DSC notification for appointing 11,000 teachers and conducted TET. The Congress government appointed 6,000 paramedics. The government filled 15,000 posts in the police, he said.
“Don’t vote for the Congress candidate if my words are wrong. If you think my words are true then ensure the victory of Congress MLC candidate V. Narender Reddy,” the CM said.
The CM said the BRS did not field candidates. However, BRS leaders T. Harish Rao, KTR and Kavitha are asking voters to defeat Congress candidates. BRS leaders KCR, KTR, Harish, and Kavitha should reveal whom they will vote for in the MLC elections. During the Lok Sabha elections, the BRS lost deposits in eight seats, while the BJP won eight seats, the CM said and asked what is the logic behind it. The BJP needs MPs from Telangana but did ‘nothing’ for Telangana, he said.
“We conducted a caste survey. We passed a resolution on SC categorisation. Modi hugged and kissed Manda Krishna Madiga but why did they fail to pass a law in Parliament? Sanjay is weakening cases when KTR and Harish touched the feet of Delhi BJP leaders. Kishan blocked the Metro Rail and Eatala Rajender blocked the Musi Project. If Kishan is sincere, he should get funds for Musi rejuvenation and permissions for the Palamuru-Rangareddy project and Metro Rail,” the CM said.
The CM said that the Adilabad district would have become green if the Pranahita-Chevella project had been executed. However, they said that Maharashtra did not permit it. Why did the BJP fail to make Maharashtra permit the construction of the Pranahita-Chevella project? Modi and KCR are blocking the development of Telangana, Revanth said.
