A few days ago, Chiranjeevi completed the shooting of Vishwambhara, in which he performed a special song with none other than Mouni Roy. The song was shot on a specially erected set in Hyderabad and was composed by Bheems Ceciroleo. While MM Keeravani is the music director for the film, the makers roped in Bheems to compose this particular track. Later, the director explained that Keeravani was busy working on Hari Hara Veera Mallu, so they requested Bheems to step in for this song. Now, the song has been successfully shot with Chiranjeevi and Mouni Roy.
This also marked Mouni’s Tollywood debut with the song. The actress is thrilled to have danced alongside the Megastar in this special number and expressed that it was an honour for her. She wrote the same on her social media handle:
“What an honour dancing beside you for the last few days @chiranjeevikonidela sir. A legendary actor but even a better human being. Felt the affection and respect and shall never forget this wonderful experience. Thank you for all the kindness and the best biriyani ever. We love you,” said Mouni Roy in her post.
Ganesh Acharya choreographed this special song, and Mouni shared that she learned a lot from him.
“How lucky to be working with you and learning from you in two songs this month. You are the very best. Always have been and will be in awe of your craft and shall always be scared to show you my dance routine in rehearsals, hehe. See you soonly,” she said about Ganesh Acharya.
The film is directed by Mallidi Vassishta of Bimbisara fame, while UV Creations is producing it. Mouni Roy, who is more popular on the small screen, is seen for the first time alongside the Megastar on the big screen. Trisha Krishnan plays the female lead, while Hindi actor Kunal Kapoor appears in a negative role.
