Mudragada vows to change his name if PK wins

Must read

YSRCP leader Mudragada Padmanabham has said that he will change his name to ‘Padmanaha Reddy’ in the event of Pawan Kalyan’s victory in the Pithapuram election.
During a press conference held in Kirlampudi on Tuesday, Mudragada Padmanabham, a former minister and respected leader of the Kapu community, boldly stated his intention to contest against Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan in Pithapuram. “Should Pawan Kalyan emerge victorious in Pithapuram, I shall embrace the name ‘Padmanabha Reddy’,” he declared.
Expressing concerns over Pawan Kalyan’s choice of language during campaign rallies, Mudragada criticised his opponent’s perceived lack of depth in various subjects and apparent disregard for acquiring knowledge on pertinent issues.
Reflecting on the Tuni train burning incident, Mudragada urged Pawan Kalyan to consult Jyotula Nehru, now allied with YSRCP, for insights into the matter’s intricacies. He attributed responsibility for the incident to Chandrababu Naidu, dismissing Pawan Kalyan’s allegations against him as unfounded.
Mudragada also took exception to Pawan Kalyan’s disparagement of YSRCP’s Kapu community MLAs, questioning the latter’s commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at safeguarding the community’s interests.
Furthermore, Mudragada criticised Pawan Kalyan’s political ambitions, suggesting that the latter’s motivations for contesting elections were primarily self-serving. He asserted that Pawan Kalyan’s true calling lay in the realm of cinema rather than politics, predicting a decline in support for the Jana Sena party post-elections.
Drawing attention to the socio-economic trajectory of Chandrababu Naidu, Mudragada challenged the former to disclose his financial standing from 1978 to the present, highlighting disparities between Naidu’s humble beginnings and current wealth.
