Nagaraju takes charge as ED of Power Grid SRTS-I

A Nagaraju has officially assumed the role of Executive Director of Power Grid Southern Region Transmission System-I (SRTS-I), which oversees sub-stations and projects across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Karnataka.
A graduate in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, Nagaraju began
his career in 1986 as an engineer trainee with the NTPC. He joined Power Grid in 1991 as an Engineer and has accumulated over 38 years of extensive experience in diverse areas, including project management, contracts, commercial operations, environment and social management, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and corporate social responsibility.
Throughout his career, Nagaraju has served in various capacities across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur and the corporate headquarters. Prior to his current appointment, he worked as Executive Director (ESMD & CSR) at Power Grid’s corporate office in Gurugram. His leadership and expertise are expected to further strengthen the operations and impact of Power Grid SRTS-I.
