Naidu’s fibernet case adjourned again

The Supreme Court has postponed once again the hearing in the anticipatory bail petition filed by TDP chief Chandrababu in the Fibernet case. The bench consisting of Justice Aniruddha Bose and Justice Bela M Trivedi was scheduled to hear the petition filed by him on Wednesday. The advocate of the AP government mentioned the case to the bench. Responding to this, Justice Aninddha Bose said that the bench is not sitting on Wednesday. Another date will be given for the trial.
The bench had earlier adjourned the case as the issues in the Fibernet case were linked to Section 17-A. It also issued verbal orders not to take further action against Chandrababu till then. However, on Wednesday, a split verdict was awarded by the bench on Section l7-A.
