Rajya Sabha members and YSRCP national general secretary V Vijayasai Reddy has said that TDP chief Chandrababu’s focus is on Delhi and not on the people of Andhra Pradesh, writes letters to Delhi, convinces the top leaders of Delhi, and says that the leadership of Delhi is under his control. On Monday, Vijayasai Reddy responded on many issues and said that the TDP leaders who have no strength in the public in AP are misleading everyone of having influence in Delhi.
The MP said that attendance in schools has increased from 68 to 99.44 percent due to reforms undertaken by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy in the education sector. He said that the school education department has collected details with artificial intelligence technology and the education department has achieved success using this technology such as daily calculations from student attendance to Amma Vodi, mapping related to 58,465 schools in 26 districts, records related to 70,70,143 students, 3 lakh teachers, phone message to parents even if a student does not attend school for a single day. He said that with Gorumudda, Vidya Kanuka, Amma Vodi, Nadu-Nedu, government schools have got a transformation.
Vijayasai Reddy said that the number of Self Help Groups (SHG) has increased from 8.71 lakh in 2019 to 11.16 lakh and the loan repayment has also increased to 99.67 percent due to financial support provided to women through schemes like YSR Asara, YSR Sunna Voddi and YSR Cheyuta. He said that with the encouragement provided by the Jagan Mohan Reddy government, the number of women businessmen and women entrepreneurs in the state has increased significantly.
The YSRCP national general secretary said that in the wake of the leopard attack on the child, the TTD has taken key decisions for tight security on the Tirumala footpath and ghat roads. He said that the closure of the footpath at 6 pm, tags for children for protection on footpath, no two-wheelers allowed on ghat road from evening. He said that important decisions have been taken such as denying permission to parents if they come with small children after 2 pm.
