Additional Collector Deepak Tiwari has called upon the parents, teachers and students to strive to take the Asifabad district to top position in the National Achievement Survey2024.
He visited the Zilla Parishad High School at Tiryani on Tuesday and witnessed the mock test conducted at the school.
The National Achievement Survey is conducted across the nation. As part of the it, three mock tests will be conducted, he said. Besides he wanted the teachers to conduct weekly tests to help the students fare well at the national achievement survey.
Special teaching methods should be adopted to train students of classes 6 and 9 who are taking part in the mock test-1 and the progress of the academic curriculum teaching for SSC students.
He asked the teachers to ensure that the district achieve 100 per cent pass percentage in SSC public examinations. Further, he asked the schools to provide nutritious food to students as per the menu. The teachers should improve their understanding on the question papers.
Later, he visited the Primary Health Centre and went round various wards, went through registers, inspected the hospital surroundings and enquired about the patient services at the hospital. He asked the hospital medical officials to explain the precautions taken to prevent the spread of seasonal diseases. He laid stress on personal hygiene and advised the people to drink water after boiling and consume only freshly cooked food. He asked the hospital authorities and staff to be punctual for duty.
