No change in Group 1 exam date: Sawang

In a significant announcement, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Chairman Gautam Sawang has confirmed that the Group 1 examinations will not be deferred. Amidst speculation and rumours, Sawang reassured candidates that the scheduled March 17 examination date remains unchanged.
This declaration follows the recent successful conduct of the Group 2 preliminary exam, where a commendable 87.17% of the 4,83,525 registered candidates appeared, totalling 4,04,037 participants.
Sawang lauded the peaceful administration of the Group 2 exam, emphasising stringent supervision and monitoring from the Command Control Centre.
