Nation ashamed of Telangana’s ‘RR Tax’, says PM
Cong deceived farmers saying that it will waive farm loans up to Rs 2 lakh
The Congress said that the BRS engaged in huge corruption in using the Kaleshwaram Project. However, the Congress is protecting the BRS after coming to power.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that discussions are going on in Telangana about ‘RR Tax’ and that all businessmen and contractors are paying ‘RR Tax.’ The nation felt proud seeing RRR cinema but the nation is ashamed of the RR Tax imposed in Telangana, he said.
Modi said that the Congress is paying tax to its high command in Delhi by collecting RR Tax from industrialists in Telangana. The Congress is looting Telangana like the BRS, he said.
There is a need to ensure the victory of BJP candidates to end the corruption of the Congress government, Modi said.
He said that the Congress would tax hereditary assets if it came to power at the Centre. The Congress is planning to grab 55 per cent of the assets earned by parents through hard work, Modi said. People should be careful about this, Modi cautioned.

Addressing a public meeting at Alladurgam in Medak district on Tuesday, the PM said that the Congress always speaks lies and engages in vote bank politics. The Congress rules as per its ‘Panch Sutra,’ that is, corruption, lies, promoting mafias, family rule and vote-banking. The Congress is trying to bring back the old days of corruption, Modi said.
He said the BJP considers farmers as incarnations of the Lord. But the Congress deceived farmers by assuring them that it would waive loans up to Rs 2 lakh within 100 days of taking over.
The Congress also failed to fulfil its assurance to give Rs 500 as a bonus for every quintal of grains produced by farmers. The Congress is trying to keep the poor permanently poor, he said.
The PM said that there are many restrictions on celebrating festivals in Hyderabad. The Congress government is troubling others to gain the votes of one group. The Congress is looting Telangana like the BRS, the PM added. Modi said that the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was a 500-year-old dream of Indians.
That dream was pending all these years due to the absence of a strong government at the Centre. The construction of the beautiful Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was possible due to the votes of the people. “We will fulfil the dreams behind every vote cast by you,” Modi said.
He said that people ensured the victory of the Congress in 2004 and 2009 but the people saw how they violated the rights of SCs, STs and BCs. The Congress did not do justice to Lingayats and Marathas staying in Telangana. The Congress included Muslims in the OBC quota for reservations instead of including 26 castes in the Central OBC list, he said.
“I favour the SC categorising reservations. The assets of the people can be protected only if the BJP comes to power again,” Modi said.
The PM said that Congress has a history of imposing emergency on the country.
“There is no place for reservations based on religion in the Constitution. The Constitution is like a holy book for Indians. The Congress has no respect for the Constitution and Dr Ambedkar. The first Prime Minister Nehru mocked the Constitution and Indira Gandhi destroyed it. The BJP is the only party protecting the Constitution,” Modi said.
