Bharatiya Janata Party Telangana unit president Bandi Sanjay Kumar is confident that BJP will come to power in the state.Sanjay visited Swatantra TV office on Wednesday, greeted the Management, and interacted with Team Swatantra.

During his interaction, Sanjay said that he was neither becoming a Central Minister nor going to Delhi. He said, “The party said to focus on the state, especially the elections”.
The BJP has set an ambitious target of Mission90.Sanjay said the goal was clear: to bring BJP to power in Telangana.”Everyone is working in that direction”.

Sanjay is likely to continue as BJP state unit and get an extension a la BJP national president JP Nadda.Sanjay said that BJP was working hard to come to power in TS. People were looking at alternatives, but power won’t be offered on a platter;the party needs to work hard at the constituency level, he said.

For the first time in Telangana, BJP created a four-layer system of conveners, vistaraks, palaks and prabahris at the constituency level.Ever since he became president of the state unit, there has been activity every day.He has questioned the BRS government on several issues, including its attitude towards RTC employees and the latest on 317 GO of teachers. He said that the BJP would stand by people and keep questioning the BRS government.

On his Praja Sangrama Yatra Padayatra, he said that he had been doing it for 20 days every month. It was only in BJP that a common karyakartas could rise to the level of state president. Speaking on criticism of communal issues, Bandi Sanjay said “We will do politics for Hindutva, but not use Hindutva for politics”.

Sanjay said that the opponents cannot find any other issues against him, so they are targeting his family for politics. He said: “My karyakartas are being beaten up day in and day out; this is a bigger concern for me than family issue.

Our BJYM, Mahila Morcha are working and even a couple of days ago went in support of unemployed youth and agitating teachers.”
