NTR’s bollywood debut War 2 set for Aug 14, 2025 release

NTR is set to make his Bollywood debut with the much-anticipated film ‘War 2’, where he stars alongside Hrithik Roshan. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra, the action-packed thriller features NTR in a negative-shaded role.
Recently, speculations arose about a possible delay in the film’s release after Hrithik Roshan sustained a leg injury while filming a dance sequence. However, Yash Raj Films (YRF) put the rumors to rest by officially confirming the film’s worldwide release on August 14, 2025.
“Must say… you have set it up brilliantly even before we have started our marketing of ‘War 2’… There will be mayhem in cinemas on 14 August 2025, worldwide,” YRF announced on social media.
Kiara Advani plays the female lead in the film, and her portions are reportedly complete. The announcement of her pregnancy alongside husband Sidharth Malhotra suggests that she wrapped up her shoot before taking a break.
With the massive success of ‘RRR’, NTR gained global recognition, and ‘War 2’ is expected to further expand his Bollywood presence.
